Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο δυάρι 47 τετραγωνικών στην καρδιά της πόλης των Πατρών, ένα τετράγωνο κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία Γεωργίου της Πάτρας. Εχει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο , μικρό καθιστικό και κουζίνα. Εχει θέρμανση και ψύξη , με μοντέρνα τουαλέτα, ενώ ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα όπως σαμπουάν , αφρόλουτρο , ψυγείο, κουζίνα κ τα αντίστοιχα σκεύη για όλες τις χρήσεις. Built at the top of the village, it offers stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. Full of sunlight, big balconies, windows, and a lovely fireplace, it’s perfect for a quiet stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from the archaeological site and close to local restaurants and mini markets.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο και κομψό χώρο με απίθανη θέα έως τον Κορινθιακό κόλπο. Σε υψόμετρο 1150 μέτρων, βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο των Άνω Τρικάλων, πράγμα που προσφέρει ησυχία αλλά και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ταβέρνες και καφετέριες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενιαίο σαλόνι/τραπεζαρία/κουζίνα, σοφίτα και μπάνιο με τζακούζι με θέα προς τον Κορινθιακό. Υπάρχει μαντεμένια ξυλόσομπα και θερμοπομποί που κάνουν το σπίτι πολύ ζεστό τον χειμώνα.

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.
