Nestled in 11 forested acres of the Pine River Valley, we are just 1 hour north of Pearson & 45 minutes from Collingwood or Wasaga. Hike the trails, enjoy the hot tub and leave the busy world behind. Book the Clubhouse ($40/hour, 2 hour minimum) to access a separate recreation building on the property with an 8-person cedar sauna, 6-person hot tub, cold plunge, a professional golf simulator, private movie theater, Ping Pong and more.

Just 5 minutes to downtown Barrie, RVH & Georgian College. Super comfy bed, extremely clean home. HD Netflix TV in room. High Speed WiFi. Self serve kitchenette with breakfast options. Parking. Close to Lake Simcoe & walking trails. This is a room in our home with a shared bathroom if second bedroom is rented. Bathroom & kitchenette aren't shared with us. Our home/neighborhood is quiet & perfect for studying, rest & relaxation. In the summer enjoy the backyard deck and our BIG tree.

West Room w Queen Bed: Eddie Sargent House

This is one of Owen Sound's finest homes. Built by a general merchant in 1887, it retains its light and historic charm, but has been extensively updated for modern day comfort. This large bedroom has large west-facing windows with a black-out blind and a queen-sized bed with the option of a single mattress on the floor (beds can accommodate three adults, or one adult and two children or two adults and one child). The room is stocked with toys and books suitable for 3 to 12-year-olds.
