The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Hyggeligt rummeligt sommerhus med smuk havudsigt

Dejligt stort charmerende sommerhus med gode faciliteter på vild, naturskøn grund. Fantastisk udsigt til fjorden, nærliggende bademole. Nem adgang til øen med færge. 10 min. kørsel fra færgen. Egnet til familier. Ingen fester. 6 senge (to køje og en dobbelt) i hovedhus og en køjeseng og 1,5 mands seng i anneks. Bedst egnet til 6-8 pers. Stor terasse, gasgrill, udendørsbruser, trampolin. Høj stol, ikke babyseng. Rengøring er obligatorisk. Medbring selv sengetøj og håndklæder. Ikke rygerhus.

Kåret til Danmarks Skønneste Sommerhus 2014

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Hyggelige Vordingborg, med Gåsetårnet lige i nærheden. Strand og naturen helt tæt på. Vores dejlige sommerhus fik vi opført og bygget i 2005, som et familieprojekt mellem to brødre og vores respektive familier. Nye gulve, sanitet, senge og flere nye møbler i foråret 2025. Perfect 116 m² four-room apartment with sea views and two large balconies, located on the island of Myrholm . 500 metres from Fisketorvet Shopping Center and 2 km from Copenhagen Central Station. The apartment offers water views from both sides. One bedroom with a 200 × 180 cm bed. One bedroom with a 200 × 160 cm bed. One bedroom with a 200 × 140 cm bed. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in total. Please note that the smallest double bed is cozy for two people.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

På det skønne Halsnæs tæt ved Lynæs , udlejes denne unikke bolig der ligger midt i en blomsterhave. Det er nyistandsat med respekt for huset 170 års historie med køkken og bad. Huset har egen indgang, terrasse, parkeringsplads og er ugenert fra resten af ejendommen. Der er 2 cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år. Der er en trappe midt i boligen hvor børn kan komme alvorligt til skade hvis de falder ned.
