Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Inside, it features new A/C, satellite television, a large living room with dining area, and a full kitchen and bathroom. Outside, it features a private dock, 2 kayaks, a bonfire ring, and outdoor dining furniture! This is a great little romantic getaway for both young couples and older couples, as well as a fun and wonderful retreat for small families and groups
