Come escape to our completely remodeled cottage by our pond! DIRECT ACCESS TO OUR NATION'S LARGEST NETWORK OF PAVED TRAILS! Bike available to borrow. Boat available for a moonlit cruise. Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Within 15 minutes of Yellow Springs and Cedarville and thirty minutes of Dayton, Wilmington and Springfield.

This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. The private guest suite comes equipped with a queen bed, double-size pull-out couch, air mattress and many essential amenities. Grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee in our stocked kitchen. Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

Our 5 acre nest is partly nestled under what was planned to be a Christmas Tree Farm and yet has the freedom of an open field. It is conveniently located minutes from 75 on charming State Route 73, which allows quick access to Historic Waynesville, Springboro and Lebanon. Just down 73 you will find the Renaissance Festival, Caesars Creek Flea Market and Caesars Creek State Park where you can hike, fish, boat etc. We are also 40 mins. from Yellow Springs and 25 mins. to Kings Island.

The Homestead is an excellent place to relax & entertain your whole family and friends (up to 10 People). The extra large deck overlooks 60 Acres of a private wetland, pond, and fields you can fully enjoy the farm experience. So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit. For groups larger than 10 people; Tent camping in the yard below the porch is available upon request.

Country Relaxation

We offer a small country suite. 1 bedrooms 1 bath with full kitchen and sitting area. The entrance to the rental is the walkway to left of the garage. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to enjoy. Guests are invited to relax on outdoor furniture. We request that guests do not enter exterior buildings unattended,if children are in your group they are your responsibility at all times.
