Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Greenbrier, this vintage style home is warm and cozy & the perfect spot for your home away from home stay! We are a close drive to great local dining & to the park, which has a wlkg trail & a playground. We are 11 mi from Conway & it’s 3 colleges, 8 mi to Woolley Hollow St Pk, & Greenbrier is center of flea mkt/antique corridor! We have 3 beds (2 queens and 1 full) Wshr/dryr. Relax inside on the comfy sofa with Fire TV or on the back patio enjoying the quiet!

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Life slows down even more around the fire pit in the backyard. We hope you enjoy both the inside and outside of our home and encourage you to spend some time in Greenbrier eating, shopping, and playing.

This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

900 ft2 completely renovated. New paint, cable TV, WIFI, dvd library, reading library, rural setting within 10 min drive to restaurants, colleges, grocery stores, malls, movies. Full Kerig amenities with organic coffee, tea, decaf, hot chocolate & sweeteners from honey to Stevia. Laundry supplies, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Outside covered front porch & rear deck with barbecue grill. Guests are entitled to 50% off of all Executive Coaching Services. No pets or children please.

Little Red River Island Cabin

This cozy, unique Cabin sits on Rainbow Island on the Little Red River. Here you will be able to fish, float, relax, and sit around the fire pit. Close by you'll find fishing guide services, shopping, restaurants, recreation @ Greers Ferry Lake and much more. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Make this your next getaway!

The Respite

Welcome to The Respite. This lovely remodeled home is the relaxation destination here in Conway. This three bedroom, two bath room is close to everything in town, but so relaxing you'll feel like your on a spa vacation. With beautiful claw foot tub, comfy beds and The Napping Porch you'll never want to leave. If you want to relax while watching your favorite shows then hook up to the free wi-fi. Or cook up the dinner you love in the open kitchen with spectacular island.

You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

This newly remodeled, 3 bedroom home sits right in the heart of Conway - a half mile from Conway High School and about 1.5 miles from Hendrix College, Central Baptist College and the University of Central Arkansas. Enjoy the school house touches and 15+ years of CHS yearbooks to look through. It's the perfect spot for your first visit to Conway...or for a former Wampus Cat to enjoy a walk down memory lane.
