Easy access to all marinas on the island. Can only get to house by boat. You don't need a golf cart. The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible. Beautiful views and boaters access to everywhere .
