Includes new build roof, firepit, hammocks, picnic table, porta john, electric, water, shower, limited propane, fully functioning camper aside from the camper toilet( was ripped out and now has a private porta jon on site). Enjoy nearby kayaking/ river activities, 20 minutes from a busy town with lots of shopping and restaurants/ bars. We are 420 friendly. Lots of animals for viewing.

It is a handy place for hunters, hikers, or kayakers to sleep overnight while they are out and about during the day.
