The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. A lovely detached property, situated in the quiet village of Ormesby St. Margaret, close to the historic Norfolk Broads and within 2 miles of the beach. The Hideaway is a detached self contained annexe with its own garden and on drive parking space beside the property. It is located on the same spacious site as the owners house in the picturesque, south Norfolk village of Saxlingham Nethergate. The Hideaway consists of open plan living with a very comfortable king sized bed, dining/working area, kitchenette and separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside is a private fully enclosed garden and lockable shed for bike storage.

It is perfectly situated for walkers just 2 miles from the bustling town of Loddon where, after a beautiful walk through the countryside, fields and country lanes why not stop for a break at one of Loddons four pubs. Also just 1.5 mile walk from the beautiful Sisland woods and many other footpaths. Just 12 miles from our fine City of Norwich which can be reached by a regular bus route from Loddon.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.

The Stables is a detached self-contained annexe close to the Norfolk Broads National Park. The contemporary space has recently undergone extensive restoration and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The old hayloft upstairs has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the downstairs space has a queen size sofa bed, large TV and wifi. A cot, single bed and high chair are available on request.
