Conveniently located for exploring Cambridge and surrounding area, with free parking onsite, a frequent bus or an easy cycle to the city centre, and several excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

It is 6 miles from Cambridge, Duxford IWM is 2 miles away and there is a mainline station - Cambridge (10 minutes), London Liverpool Street (1 hour). The village has a gastro pub called The Tickell Arms, a restaurant called Provenance and The Red Lion. Saffron Walden is 8 miles away where Audley End House can also be found.

The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto.
