The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. If you are in town for business or pleasure the house has everything you need. Location The house is centrally located on a quiet road around 0.4 miles walk to Chelmsford Train Station, Bus Station and Town Centre. The trains are regular every 8 – 10 minutes (incl to Stratford, London Liverpool St & the London Airports) so no need to panic!

Anchor cottage, an Historic Home and now with EV charger, is a delightful period, cottage situated in the heart of The Anchorage, once known as Mersea City on Mersea Island. It has three bedrooms, a large double, a twin room and a downstairs single bedroom. The bathroom is on the ground floor and large sitting/dining room with a gas heater and provides plenty of space for five people indoors and there is a private, wrap around garden with BBQ area that enjoys the sun at most times of the day.

There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step.
