The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

Coler Cottage

Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.

Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.
