Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Tiny Cedar built apartment set apart from the main house. Located within a 20minute walk to the Silverstone Circuit. It comes complete secure parking for one car and it’s own seated decking area with hot tub. The self contained apartment comprises of a bathroom, kitchen, lounge area and bedroom with electric double bed. The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

Hare's Folly Retreat with private Hot Tub & Sauna

Hare's Folly is an off-grid eco Log House, it is one of two (Owls Rest) quiet and idyllic self catering holiday accommodation situated on our 250 acre Farm Estate which sits on the banks of Sulby Reservoir in the heart of the Great British countryside. Enjoy picturesque views, beautiful sunsets and an abundance of Wildlife from the Hot Tub and sauna. This log houses and its Hot Tub and sauna are totally private. It is accessed by hard farm tracks with electric field gates via Park Farm.

The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Set in 14 acres of beautiful northamptonshire countryside, Cherry lap lodge can be found on the grounds of a large farm. Escape and unplug in our luxury farm lodge. Nestled in a quiet location in the heart of our farm. Our lodge was previously an annex now hand crafted into a modern, luxury hot tub retreat. Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
