Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.

You are in the heart of downtown- 2 blocks from the Washington St. The walk along the Grand River starts at your front door & will take you all the way to the South Pier and beautiful Lake Michigan- stop for ice cream and shopping along the way!

Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Enter into a shared entry way & head up the stairs to your space. Upstairs will be your private bedroom, kitchenette (NO oven), bathroom with clawfoot tub, spacious living room & dining room. We live downstairs. Dogs and kids are onsite :) The house is in the city so there are daily and nightly “city” noises Message me for questions.
