Welcome to our charming desert home in Moab, Utah! Experience over 1500 sqft of single-level living while taking in the red rock views and the caps of the nearby La Sal Mtns. Feel the open space of our vaulted ceilings, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, share a meal with family and friends on our private patio, or savor the views while relaxing in our year-round hot tub and seasonal pool. 2 car garage provided as a perfect place to store your mountain bikes or SXS. Ideal for families or groups.

Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking. 6 guests max.

Our place offers amazing views right from the front room couch. One window showcases the Moab Rim and the other, the LaSal mountains. There is so much to do in Moab. Mountain biking trails, two national parks, hiking, four-wheeling, white water rafting, and unforgettable scenery everywhere. After an invigorating hike or mountain bike ride, a trip to the hot tub and pool will be a refreshing end to the day. We have equipped our home with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable.

Less than 10 minutes from downtown Moab shopping and restaurants; nestled against the breathtaking slickrock by the golf course. Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.
