This quaint 525 square foot space is the left side unit of a duplex on an acre of land which makes it a quiet, country experience. There is a new full kitchen, laundry, wifi and TV. There is plenty of parking and room for a boat. It is comfortable, rustic and affordable but not a 5-star resort. If that is what you are looking for please look elsewhere. Thx
