Het appartement heeft een 2 persoons-slaapkamer met aangrenzende badkamer en een volledig uitgeruste woonkeuken met uitgang naar de mooie tuin. De slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden 90 breed. Aan de straat kant is een eigen ingang.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

Met het strand en bos op 7 kilometer afstand, mooie fiets- en wandelpaden en de gemoedelijke Westlandse sfeer is er eigenlijk voor ieder wat wils! De Slaapsoof is compleet ingericht met een keuken, een privé-terras en goed sanitair. Je slaapt bij de Slaapsoof op de slaapzolder. Voel je welkom en geniet!

Parkeren is inbegrepen. Geniet van rust en ruimte op deze bijzondere groene plek op het water, aan de rand van het centrum. Van alle gemakken voorzien: airco, gratis wifi. Een Nespresso-apparaat voor heerlijke koffie. Het Vroesenpark ligt aan de overkant, Diergaarde Blijdorp op 10 minuten lopen, evenals metro Blijdorp (800m). Nabij centrum en uitvalswegen. Neem op een warme dag een verfrissende duik in het kanaal, of stap in de kano's die voor je klaar liggen.

No breakfast available. The cottage is en-suite with shower, toilet & washbasin, 2 comfortable beds next to each other, a dining area and a sitting area. The cottage also has got a mini-kitchen for small meals and there are tea and coffee making facilities. (Nespresso) 2 bikes and public transportcards to borrow. No children or baby’s without swimming diploma. Frontyard with cal and camera; backyard has nò cal and camera.
