The villa has two major living rooms, an open kitchen, a large terrace, great views and you can jump in the water directly from the dock in the garden. The water is very clean and lot’s of people swim daily. Amsterdam Ijburg is a child friendly. The streetcar (tram) is 3 minutes walk from the house and brings you in 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. There are 2 free parking lots. Only families are accepted.

On the front side you have a lovely view over the river, where can enjoy the boats passing by. Our back garden is secured and located on the sunny Southeast side, ideal for enjoying the sun and children to play in. It is situated close to Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. You will enjoy our space because of its location, space, light and admosphere.
