Boutique, historic hotel, originally a bakery. TWELVE on Albert suites are individually decorated. All four suites have their own private en-suite, king sized bed and tea/coffee making facilities, TV. Guests can enjoy the extensive beautiful gardens and includes seating on the verandah or gazebo. It is located just a short stroll from Lygon St and close to cafes, shops, and public transport. As the room is located above a pub and on the city fringe, there may be some noise at night, please keep this in mind when booking.
