Seafarers Lodge is a charming and quaint seaside shack, lovingly curated by a mother-daughter duo, just an hour from Adelaide and a stones throw from the iconic Middleton Beach. It's everything you could want in a beach shack - only a minutes walk from the waves, with a beautiful indoor fireplace, deck to catch the last of the days rays, cosy nooks to relax, full size kitchen for cooking epic meals shared around the dining table and French linen clad beds for the dreamiest, holiday sleep-in's.

Riverside Retreat … with beautiful water views

Located at the calm waters of the riverfront you can watch the yacht racing, Oscar W paddle steamer pass by or casually walk along the shore to the cafes & the local activities. Comfortable furnishings throughout, the master bedroom has a postrepedic king sized bed & views of the water. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

Includes lounges set up for comfort. Large rear deck and fully fenced back yard. We love to travel and have set up our beach house with all the things we think you need for a great break. Seaspray at Goolwa Beach is a well loved family beach house - 2 storey house with 5 bdr, 3 bth, separate living areas, reverse cycle AC, family room with pool table and is approximately 250m from magnificent Goolwa beach. There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. WIFI provided.

Enjoy a beer and a bbq limited views from balcony. This unit is not at the front of the building and does not overlook Horseshoe bay. However, a short stroll and you are there. Perfect for small family. Stairs to level one. No pets. No smoking. BBQ on balcony Shared courtyard and front lawns overlooking Southern Ocean & Horseshoe Bay.
