Welcome to Drift Away! We invite you to our home in the woods, just 10 minutes outside of Golden, BC where you can surround yourself with mountains, wildlife, and serenity. Enjoy the fully stocked suite with all the amenities to live in the woods in comfort, including a full kitchen, board games, comfy couches and quality bed mattresses with fluffy down duvets. With such close proximity to the backcountry, multiple national parks, and ski resorts, your adventure begins the moment you arrive!

The guest floor is located in the basement with direct walk out to garden of a private house hosts live in. The suite has a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and access to garden with a guest seating area (summer). We can accommodate up to 2 guests maximum.

Granny Suite ~ Golden, BC

Enjoy this cozy suite on the ground floor of our family log home. We are located in the middle of 40 acres of woodlands so it's remote and quiet (aside from our rambunctious children) . The Granny Suite has its own private entrance, in floor heating, a walk in closet, a private bathroom with heated towel rack, and a kitchenette. There is a king size bed, two stools at the breakfast bar and two sitting chairs in the living space. We are happy to provide a playpen for infants/toddlers.

Only a 20 minute drive to the ski hill and lots of room for parking. 5 minute drive to Golden. Private key-less entry however we live upstairs so are available for any questions you might have. Cozy little two bedroom lower suite only a 10 minute drive into the town of Golden (12 kms). The ski hill is a 20 minute drive from the property. Included are: comfy beds and pillows, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea, cooking essentials, toiletries and little extras, boot dryer, and internet as well as access to a fire pit and bbq. Self check in enabled.
