My place is great for its coziness and its location. It sleeps upto 3 guests. This space is the entire ground floor of a villa which has a living room, functional kitchen and dining area and a bedroom with a bathroom and washroom. The home is fully kitted with all modern amenities and appliances for a comfortable short or long stay. In front of the space is a garden with lots of exotic plants and there is space to park. My place is 1.5 km from Candolim beach and close to nightlife.

It shares its neighbourhood with the likes of Rachol Seminary and other Ancient Churches. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families, and particularly those wishing for a long stay. All the villas are self catering.
