This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

Situated in Suffolk between Bury St Edmunds and Thetford, The Mill B&B is a home away from home for travelling professionals, nature lovers and outdoor sports nuts. We are ideally located for access to Lavenham, Snetterton and Euston Hall, as well as the Peddars' and Icknield Ways. The Mill dates from around 1850 and is an extension of our home. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.
