Come enjoy our private 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. Enjoy the joys of children on property and views of incredible mountains with the wildlife that frequents our "back yard". Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

Luxurious one bedroom cottage located directly on the banks of the Roaring Fork River, over 300 feet of gold medal waters, your own private boat launch. Welcome to our Basalt Estate. We live on a secluded road in the seven castles community and you will be in complete Colorado wilderness and privacy. However our internet is fast :) One of our favorite amenities about our property is that we have a private hiking trail right in our backyard that is a 4 mile round trip hike to waterfalls. Aspen and Snowmass is about 30-45 min away. Downtown Basalt where you can find restaurants, gas and coffee shops is a 12 minute drive down the frying pan.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi, a/c and a fireplace. Pets allowed upon approval with a pet fee. No aggressive dogs allowed on the property.
