Welcome to Wash Park! Our neighborhood is family-friendly and relaxed! The guest suite is newly renovated with luxurious features and spa-like bathrooms, in the garden level of our home. Essentially its own apartment (the owners, 2 small children, and our hypoallergenic dog live upstairs full-time so you will hear noise like a regular apartment occasionally) with a keycode, private entrance. We have wifi, Rokus, pack-and-play, sound machine, and a kitchenette. Iconic Denver park one block away!

We are located in a quiet Denver neighborhood, just 12 minutes south of downtown and 5 minutes east of DU with immediate access to I-25. With lots of free parking and a private entrance into the suite, your stay will be convenient and relaxing. Enjoy the restaurants, coffee shops, walking trails, or breweries nearby, or unwind surrounded by mountain decor for a true Colorado experience!
