The property is divided into two living areas: a bedroom, lounge and bathroom villa and adjoining 6M x 8M gazebo for day use. The gazebo comprises a kitchenette, dining table, two fridges and lounge area (day bed and seating). There is a hot/cold fresh water shower, airconditioning and ceiling fans in the main bedroom villa. A ceiling fan in kitchen area gazebo. A new private use swimming pool has been installed.
