Near Lake Texoma, but only ~2 miles from Walmart should you need anything, and multiple restaurants if you want to eat out. No fishing at pond.

Rec Center with Coffee, our Swimming Pool with Outdoor Pavillion and Grills, Sauna, and Dream Lake perfect for Paddle Boarding or Fishing.

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.
