Welkom bij Studio Villa Delphia, een spiksplinternieuw en eigentijds verblijf in een prachtige bosrijke omgeving in Onnen (Groningen). De studio is een onderdeel van een meergeneratiewoning die gerealiseerd is in een voormalig zorginstelling. Je hebt lekker je eigen plekje waar je kunt vertoeven met leuke koffietentjes en restaurantjes op fietsafstand. Perfecte plek als je wil genieten van de rust & de natuur, wil wandelen/ fietsen of om vanuit te werken. Je bent welkom om lekker te genieten.

Erlebe deinen Urlaub auf der historischen Hofstelle Ippenwarf. Umgeben vom Fehntjer Tief befindet sich die Ferienwohnung in Alleinlage mitten auf dem Land. Wir leben selbst mit auf dem Hof und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Das Wohnhaus wurde 2022 neu errichtet. Die FeWo bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen, es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa. Du hast die Möglichkeit direkt bei uns ein Kanu zu mieten, lange Radtouren oder Spaziergänge zu machen, am Grundstück zu Angeln und vieles mehr.

Op een unieke locatie nabij het centrum van Emmen bevindt zich appartement “De Uil". Het luxe appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, het is ruim en licht. U beschikt over een privéschuurtje voor uw fietsen. Sinds april 2024 hebben wij een groot balkon waarmee u prachtig uitzicht heeft over de vijver. Op de begane grond bevindt zich tevens een picknickbank. Heeft u een elektrische auto? Geen probleem. U kunt gratis gebruik maken van onze laadpaal. “Beleef Emmen, beleef Drenthe”

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Papenburg( Meyerwerft) und Leer mit seiner schönen historischen Altstadt. Da immer wieder negativ Bewertungen hinterlassen werden bezüglich des Standortes. Die Unterkunft ist ZWISCHEN Papenburg und Leer. Beide sind ungefähr 12 km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden im Dorf. In der Nähe ist das Freizeitpark am Emsdeich, wo man im Sommer prima baden kann. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Geschäftsreisende. Eigenen Aufgang.

Our lovely house is an old renovated farm, with all the comfort of today. The holidayhome de Drentse Hooglander has its own entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with tv( netflix), a private garden and terrace. You'll find us in Eemster, just 3km from Dwingeloo, at a quiet road nearby 3 large naturereserves. Biketours and hikes starts from the house. Aldo and i hope to see and welcome you!

Klein aber fein präsentiert sich unser Apartment mit dem besonderen Etwas in gemütlicher Atmosphäre.

Ons gezellige, karakteristieke achterhuis met een oppervlakte van maar liefst 120m2 is onderdeel van een rietgedekte woonboerderij uit 1862. Het heeft een eigen entree en volop privacy. Er is een prachtige grote woonkamer met eiken balken en vide. Hiervandaan heb je een schitterend weids uitzicht over de achtergelegen weilanden.
