Rustic Cabin on the Ohio River.

If you're looking for marble countertops, this may not be your place. But if you’re seeking quiet, character, and a taste of how things used to be, with a modern twist, welcome to our 1800s-era cabin. Renovated in 2022, the cabin is comfy but you can expect creaky floors, original woodwork, and a few quirks that come with age. The cabin is authentic, and thoughtfully kept. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

Atoka Farms

If you are looking to get away in seclusion and be with Mother Nature, this is the home. Very quiet, with a running creek beside the home. Walking distance to the Ohio river, two outdoor decks, one with a grill. A car port, full kitchen, two full baths, paved driveway, trees all around. The home sits between two hill ridges surrounded by 180 acres. It is a park like setting. 30 minutes from Gene Snyder and I-71 (Louisville). Historic Lagrange Ky and Madison In, are a must see and close by.

The Cabin

As you walk in, The Cabin wraps it's arms around you and says " Welcome home." You can feel the stress leave you as you settle in for your stay at this scenic cabin on 9.8 wooded acres. Fully furnished, spacious 1 room cabin with stone wood burning fireplace, equipped kitchen, bath with shower and twin over queen bunk bed. Refresh your mind & soul on the covered back porch overlooking the mature woods. Enjoy watching the abundant wildlife, including turkeys, deer, chipmunks and squirrels.

This mermaid themed, boatel is located in a beautiful setting in a cove off the Ohio River. Drive to nearby towns and visit antique shops and restaurants in Vevay and Madison, Indiana. Clifty Falls is a great place to hike. Beltera Casino Resort is down the street and the marina is also close to Rising Sun, Hollywood Casino, and Sunset Grill on the water in Warsaw, Kentucky. Conveniently located close to The Neeley Family Distillery. Some have visited the Ark while staying here also.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! Historic Delaney's Saloon- Main Floor

Built in the early 1800's, Delaney's Saloon is a renovated main floor unit with ceilings that soar! Located just one block from Ogle Park and the scenic Ohio River, you’ll be within walking distance of many local attractions including the Vevay Art Center, the Switzerland County Historical Museum, antique shops, restaurants, & bars/ lounges. Vevay is also home to Kat Von D's tulip field and VonDLand Shoes. Madison IN, Creation Museum, and The Ark are within an hour.

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Enjoy this beautiful, peaceful dwelling with space for everyone. Sit on the covered porch taking in the hillside view or watch goats and sheep romp around the farm. You can take a guided tour and be greeted by all the animals during the day and do a little star gazing at night. We are a 50 acre working farm that practices sustainable agriculture, raising the best meats in humane ways. You can grill some to try for yourselves or make smores at the firepit.

Hilltop Dome, 42 secluded acres in nature

Our Geodome is tucked away on 42 private acres exclusively for you and your guest Enjoy the stars at night, fire pit, hot tub, high speed internet, washer dryer, and smart TV . The Dome is equipped with a 2 ton mini split that will keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer We are conveniently located within 15 miles of Madison, IN, Vevay, IN, Clifty Falls, Belterra Casino, also within 62 miles of Cincinnati and Louisville.
