We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and free covered parking space. Cant get much closer to beach! Ask about our golf cart rental. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

Although lakefront, you can’t see the lake very well from cabin, & dock is about 200 yards from the house, down a gradually sloping wide path to get to dock/lake. Dogs welcome w/$100 fee per dog. One king bedroom is above the garage. Also, the upper level of our dock is now permanently closed, but the lower level is usable with an empty slip for your boat, & deck space to sunbathe & relax.
