The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) no motorcycles allowed. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is within walking distance on left. Southern Hops is across the street.

From the living room, kitchen, and common space there is also, a queen bed. Enjoy the most spectacular views the Inlet has to offer. Enjoy your coffee while watching the glorious seaward sunrise.

Take it easy at this unique waterfront home! Live Oak Lodge sits right on the Sampit river. It has its own boat ramp and fishing dock. There is a marina on the property where you can dock your boat. The marina is the only shared part of the property . It has oyster bar with fridge and sink. The house has massive decks and porches that give you unbeilable views of river and wildlife! The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths,2 kitchens,2 screened porches, game room and incredible living room!
