The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Achter ons huis staat De Schuur, een romantisch, sfeervol en uniek gastenverblijf, voorzien van alle gemakken zodat je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen en je je geniet modus aan kunt zetten. Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.

Het huis staat vrij op ons terrein van 4,5 hectare. Het uitzicht is prachtig en kijkt uit op de weide. Het perceel heeft een grote zwemvijver met strand, een boomgaard met bloementuin, een veld met speeltoestellen en een weiland. Dit alles toegankelijk voor onze gasten. * Onze tuin is ook te boeken als shootlocatie
