A secluded, cosy, summer house, next to eco family home, via private path. King size bed (can be changed to twin beds), TV, small kettle, tea and coffee, cups, milk and sugar provided, small sofa. Breakfast provided at an additional cost. Located 1 mile from the quaint market town of Long Sutton, South Lincolnshire, with local amenities, pubs, shops, banks. Just 30 mins drive from the beautiful Norfolk Coast, Royal Sandringham estate. Historic Burghley House and beautiful Stamford.

Furnished to high standards. Off road parking. Shared main entrance. Free wifi. The apartment is spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. The lounge and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathroom and kitchen are vinyl floored. There is a 4 seat dinning table in the lounge area as well 2 comfy sofas and a coffee table. The lounge has a TV with Free view. There is a large car park to the side of the building. From this there is a shared entrance hall that leads to 1 downstairs apartment and 2 upstairs ones. There is normally someone available 9-5 Mon-Fri and Sat 9-4 in the offices behind the cottages. Outside of these hours it is best to message through Airbnb. We understand that most guests want privacy so other than saying hi if we see you when you are checking in or out we will leave you alone. The small town of Long Sutton is just a short walk away. It has lovely restaurant/pubs as well a few takeaways including: Palmers The Granary The Ship Henry's Fish and Chips Pizza Kebab Fried Chicken There is also a One-stop, Co-op, Spar and Premier in the town. The 505 bus route is a 2 min walk away. This goes from King's Lynn to Spalding and back. King's Lynn, Spalding and Peterborough all have train stations. The cottages are new builds at the front of a converted farm yard. The farm yard now sells timber garden buildings such as log cabins.

Situated in 3 acres of gardens and meadows, you will have exclusive use of the top floor of the house to relax unwind and enjoy the natural countryside. Public footpaths stretch out across the fields to the back of the property where skylarks regular fly above the fields.
