Away from the sea 20 meters. If you really want to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature, this is the perfect place for you and for those who want to escape from traffic jams and hectic lives. The house is located in an isolated place, so you can enjoy the peace and privacy. Below the house is a beautiful pebble beach with a cave. Parking spaces are provided, behind the house is a large parking lot. In the neighboring bays are small shop and an excellent restaurant with local specialities.

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
