This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. The Birch Creek House is a 1900sqft, 3 bed, 3.5 bath house on 160 private acres 5 miles outside of the City of Escalante. The house is steps away from its name sake, the Birch Creek, which cascades down 2 waterfalls before joining with North Creek to form the Escalante River. The land borders Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. In addition to the double waterfall mentioned above, the property also features several pictographs, petroglyphs, cliff dwellings of past inhabitants.

Southwestern Retreat is just a few blocks off Highway 12, an All American Highway, and is located between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. The house has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
