The Anchorage, Arrochar, was built circa 1913 and has been newly upgraded in December 2019 giving the cottage a luxurious interior with gas central heating and beautiful wood burning stove. Two ensuites and a beautiful bathroom provides guests with plenty of room whilst the large garden with pizza oven and BBQ has amazing views where guests can relax on the decking or seek shade in the lean to. Everyone can use the fire pit, games room or play area to keep occupied or use the Kayaks provided.

Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

The area is a paradise for anyone who loves peace, wildlife or the outdoors. Tucked away in a relatively undiscovered corner of Argyll, the location is remote yet easily accessible from Glasgow. I spend much of the year here myself but love to rent it to others to enjoy whilst I'm away.

It is situated within Loch Lomond National Park. It is a one minute walk from the shore of Loch Goil. Springwell is situated in Carrick Castle village which is approximately five miles from the village of Lochgoilhead. Stunning walks! Fabulous views!

Dog friendly with nearly an acre of established garden and space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area whilst being relatively close to Glasgow with good connections and only ~50 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.

It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. This 1850s character property consists of a shower room with WC, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom on the first floor, and a double bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor. Fully equipped modern kitchen complete with white goods, electric cooker and microwave. The living room/dining room has a large dining table to seat 6, a wood burning fire, smart tv, DVD player. There is also a seating area in the garden.
