LIVE music on the pier during the Spring/Summer into Fall months(til 11:00pm). Pool is seasonal mid April-October Unit is located on the 3rd floor (NO ELEVATOR) of the Duneside III.

The condo has 1 queen size bed and 1 full size sofabed, two TV's with free WiFi, cable and parking. Coded entrance, no waiting in line for check in, no need for luggage cart, vehicle can be temporarily parked 7 feet from front door. The balcony gate is 40 feet from the beach 20 feet to the pool or lazy river and 12 feet to the grilles with picnic tables with umbrellas

The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean, offers a beautiful pool, a spacious sun deck and of course Unit 102. This unit comes with One Parking Pass per condo association rules. Parking is limited during peak season but you might be able to park at the grocery store if you have two cars. This Unit is Smoke Free. No Pets.
