Die Fußbodenheizung, sowie die vorwiegend aus Holz bestehende Einrichtung sorgen für einen besonderen Wohlfühlfaktor. Ob im Sommer der Abend bei einem Gläschen Wein vor der Hütte ausklingt oder im Winter bei knisterndem Holzofenfeuer, in jedem Fall lädt die Unterkunft zum Entspannen ein. Es bietet sich ein spektakulärer Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und gelegentlich auch hinunter auf die Wolken.

Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung liegt an der Sonnenseite von Uttendorf (980m Seehöhe), mit herrlichen Ausblick in das schöne Stubachtal! Die Ferienwohnung ist ca.90 Quadratmeter groß und liegt barrierefrei. Auf der großen Terrasse oder in der Sauna können sie entspannen. Die Wohnung bietet eine geräumige Wohn-Essküche mit TV, 2 Bäder mit Haarföhn(1 mit WC), 1WC extra . 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett(2 davon mit TV).Außerdem wäre eine Schlafcouch vorhanden so das 6-8 Personen Platz finden.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

In dit fijne huis met veel ruimte kom je helemaal tot rust. De omgeving is rustig, maar je bent binnen een paar minuten in levendige dorpen. Er is een grote woonkeuken met 5 slaapkamers. Daarnaast zit er een tuin bij met een heerlijk zitgedeelte. Ook is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Daarnaast bieden we optioneel (tegen vergoeding) nog wat extra‘s: -Garage ruimte -Twee E-bikes -Twee normale mountainbikes Zo kunnen jullie fietsend de omgeving verkennen.

In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close.
