The "River House" is about an hour and a half from Snowshoe Ski Resort and from White Water rafting. With electric heat and a cozy fireplace, it is usable in all the seasons.

It takes approximately 1 and 3/4 hours to Snowshoe Resort. There are many wonderful hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, riding opportunities in the vicinity.
