Welcome to our charming home. Free parking is available in front of the house and on our quiet street, fully fenced garden and rooms accommodating up to 6 guests. Our well insulated house has newly fitted central heating in all rooms and bathrooms. It is warm and cosy in winter and cool in the summer. Enjoy super fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Sky sports, Netflix. Listed again after private use, this lovely accommodation is set in the secure, grass courtyard of our quiet family home, with a private entrance and parking. Beyond the courtyard, you can explore a private field with a lake. Located on the edge of the South Downs National Park, there are plenty of walking routes through fields and woodland. Isington is a quiet hamlet, conveniently located between Farnham and Alton. Bentley station (just over one hour to London Waterloo) is a 15 minute walk.

Self-contained annexe/games room with parking

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

Nestled in a serene woodland setting within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), this tranquil new build, modern, self-contained annex offers the perfect stay. Whether you want to explore the South Downs, visit friends & family, or need an overnight stay for work, we are less than 2 miles from Farnham train station and town. We are on the doorstep to Bourne Woods, Waverley Abbey, Frensham Ponds (with its inland beach) and many other National Trust places. Self check-in upon arrival.

The Corner House Guest House - stunning location!

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

Modern self-contained double in beautiful Rowledge

A beautiful, brand new annexe with a fab bathroom in the stunning countryside backing onto the Alice Holt Forest on the Surrey/ Hants border, and close to classy Fanrham. The property has recently been renovated and includes wood floors, underfoor heating and an immaculate bathroom. Your space is a double BR with private entrance. It features a comfy King-Sized bed, table & chairs, fridge, tea/ coffee, a great shower and a quiet exterior space to chill. Cooking facilities are not provided.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Gate Lodge

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The Gate Lodge is situated in the picturesque and peaceful village of Frensham. Within easy walking distance of Frensham ponds, a haven for dog walkers, birdwatchers, wild water swimmers and nature lovers. A short hop to the very popular Hollybush pub, and an easy walk to Frensham Brewery, also popular with visitors. The recently refurbished Gate Lodge provides comfortable accommodation with two ensuite bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen.

You come here to slow down together. You wake to birdsong & woodland views. Curl up in the evening watching badgers emerge from the nearby sett or live on cctv from the comfort of the sofa. Spotlessly clean, cosy and peaceful, every detail carefully thought through so you don’t have to think at all. Step straight out into the beautiful Surrey Hills for quiet paths, open fields and woodland trails that you and your dog will love. You leave relaxed, restored and already planning your return.

Eco Cabin near Frensham Great Pond

Escape from life's stresses. 'The Shed' is a rustic eco cabin with a living roof. The owner, an interior designer, built and decorated it using natural materials, giving it a calm & cozy aesthetic. The cabin is open plan with two sleeping areas & a living room with doors that open onto a deck overlooking fields, shaded by pines with a firepit to watch the sunset. The cabin is 10 mins walk through the woods to Frensham beach & 2 ponds where you can wild swim all year round.

Grayswood Cowshed in stunning Grounds

A beautifully converted Cowshed in a rustic style with luxurious Super King bed in a studio suite with added double bunk room for up to four extra guests. Studio has a galley kitchen with hob and oven for basic cooking. Well fitted bathroom facilities including powerful shower and roll top bath and underfloor heating. Relaxing Sofa in main space with Flatscreen TV and wifi throughout. Underfloor heating throughout. Large french windows overlooking an orchard.

Last house before Frensham ponds

The Little Mews is a cottage next to Frensham Ponds that accomodates four. It has two kingsize bedrooms, one of which can be configured as a twin (please advise on booking). Both have French linen bedding and feather and down duvets. Bathroom with shower; towels provided. Living room with two sofas, smart TV and wifi. It also a private garden and patio. You are welcome to park on the drive shared with our family house next door.
