Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place near most amenities. Tucked away right off of the Kingsway, you are only a 5 minute drive to the Downtown core and most retail amenities. This in law suite will provide you with a private and cozy stay. The unit features a kitchenette with a mini fridge, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. It also includes a bathroom, double bed, TV and Wifi. THIS UNIT IS ENTIRELY PRIVATE (Studio sized) and features self check in at any time.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Waterfront Loft. Modern and updated 2 bedroom loft. Take in the beautiful view from the second storey deck where you will find a barbecue and plenty of seating. This place is great for a family to escape for a weekend or to have a relaxing week. We are equipped with baby gear to make things easier for little ones. The lake has direct access to OFSC trails. Ask about snowmobile arrival packages. Or ice fishing amenities.

(Please Note: We do use a generator and have car/boat noise. We provide pillows, bed lines, and quilt blanket - bring an extra blanket in cooler weather. There is also no toilet or shower in the cabin.)

This beautiful trout lake space will be comfortable and relaxing for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy some lake side down time. Turn key retreat with everything you will need for your stay. Two restaurants within 5min, KM’s of beautiful hiking right at the back door of the cabin and a private deck over looking the lake.

Cozy Cabin on Lake Nipissing

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
