Our 10 year old home has four bedrooms three baths, theater room, gas fireplace, bar outdoor fire pit, open concept kitchen, nestled in a mountain landscape. Beautiful private beach with a playground, picnic area and boat launch only a short walk away. Tennis courts and a basketball court centrally located within the community. Boat rentals available on the lake. Multiple ski areas close by. Easy access to local and state snowmobile trails and the lake for ice fishing right out of the driveway.

Our cozy, warm cabin is set in a tranquil, picture perfect pine grove. A three minute walk to Davis Pond and 15 minutes from North Conway and ski resorts. The perfect getaway spot whether you need to unplug or plan an adventure. The home is comfortable and modern without compromising the rustic White Mountain charm, outfitted with all the amenities, a work station and a full outdoor space. We have put a lot of thought into this space and are confident that it will translate into a magical stay.

Rustic Pebble Cottage in beautiful Bridgton, Maine

Pebble Cottage is a one hundred year old quirky camp that was enlarged some years back. It is located in Bridgton near plenty of lakes and skiing. The public beach is a short skip down the hill. The cottage is a rustic little haven that was saved from demolition, and updated with a brand new bathroom, a cute little kitchen with a dishwasher, with two heat pumps to keep the space cozy and three homey comfortable bedrooms, a large yard with a hammock, very quiet retreat. Please note it's old!

This property features a large yard with a fire pit, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The master bedroom includes a private deck—perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night.

Enjoy access to Berry Bay, an “Exquisite Jewel of the NH Mountains,” highlighted by the large, sparkling lake and the surrounding mountains. It has a hidden feel of a quiet oasis! This spectacular ground floor lake apartment in coveted NH Lakes Region. It’s can be yours for a weekend ski trip, fishing trip, golf weekend, or a summer week in the sun! Directly on the routes to lots of the famed 4,000 footers for great hiking with amazing views of the area!

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Location and Amenities! 10 min from Gunstock, couple hundred yards from the Lake, 50 yards from Gilford concert stage and the back entrance. Access to Barefoot Beach, Lake Winnipesaukee, outdoor pool, tennis courts, grill high speed WiFi and more. 1 Bedroom studio and a pull out couch, sleeps 4 comfortably. Large bathroom and shower. Ski 10 min away or ice fish 150 yards away. Laconia Bike week only Minutes away! 1 Free parking spot.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

20ft from the Water with Mountain View!

This cozy cottage sits 20 ft from Pequawket Pond. We are the only cottage in this association that has 2 floors and directly on the pond. It has a spiral staircase that leads downstairs to the bedroom downstairs with walk out access. We are located within minutes to the Mount Washington Valley and all the amenities the valley has to offer. Ski resorts galore! We also have a kayak and 2 paddle boards available for our guests to use!

Our lake house is nestled into the woods with direct access to Ossipee lake. “The Pancake House” combines the best of a campy camp with modern amenities. The mountain view from the lake is stunning! Our game room, lakefront recreation options and two additional living rooms will keep everyone relaxed and entertained with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We are centrally located to many outdoor activities.
