There’s a full kitchenette with gas cook top, as well as outdoor bbq and private deck overlooking pool. Pool is not shared with host and is for guests private use. It is solar heated from mid December to end of February. The space features new bathroom, tv, comfy “koala”queen size bed, split system heating and cooling.

Scenic View Hideaway is nestled in a quiet, green leafy pocket of old Mount Martha. It is a lovely private, cosy apartment that occupies the lower level of our family home. We are located opposite a bushy reserve, about 3.5km to Mount Martha beach and local shops. With a beautiful bright outlook onto the garden and pool, it provides a restful stay. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
