NO parties. Our guests should arrive between 3 pm and sunset. We share our private home in a resort-like setting on the Scioto. We live here! We love BNB experiences in Europe and offer that experience -- personal hospitality. Our guests have a bedroom/bath and share the use of the public spaces with us -- swimming pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball court and kayaks on the river. This rental price is for 2 people staying overnight.
