Located less than a mile South of Magnolia Avenue, convenient to TCU, Downtown, and all other surrounding areas.

A queen size bed sits upstairs and the couch and oversized chair downstairs both fold out into twin sized beds. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with all the essentials you will need for your stay.
