Ross Park Guesthouse

Perfect for work or play! The hospital is 10 minutes away, and Idaho State University is just down the road. Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. Outdoor adventure awaits minutes away at City Creek and Edson Fichter Nature Area, with easy access to Pebble Creek Ski Area and relaxing soaks in Lava Hot Springs. Fargo is a historic building dating back to 1914. This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Sienna Blooms

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Newly updated! Work from home or relax with the family at this quiet and comfortable location. It is centrally located and easily accessible. High speed Wi-fi, coffe maker, air fryer and more. This is a two story townhome. The living room, kitchen, and half bathroom are on the first floor, and the bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second level. There is a patio with a barbecue grill and a grassy common area. There is a small playground on the property with nice parks nearby.

The Luxe Loft is a private, newly built, 750 square foot loft space at the top floor of a spacious shop with an open floor plan. It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck. During the summer months, the landscaping is spectacular. There is a balcony area with a bistro set to enjoy a meal or beverage while enjoying the scenic views.

Whether it’s a quick stay or a longer get away, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located townhome. Minutes away from Idaho State University, Portneuf Medical Center, and numerous venues that host a variety of activities. Not to mention only a short 40 minute drive to the world famous Lava Hot Springs. This townhouse is spacious enough to sleep up to 8 people comfortably and amenities that allow you to live like you were home.

This cozy studio apartment, with private entrance, is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to the interstate and within walking to distance of university and hospital. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away. This Idaho themed room is perfect for any length of stay. We live upstairs and are easily available for any questions or concerns. CARIBOU YURT- An Adventure Getaway

This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Awesome get away or stop along your way, or just come & play!

Relax in this remodeled 4-bedroom split-level home next to a park with children’s play equipment. Features two living rooms, three bathrooms, and decor blending mid-century and organic modern styles. Enjoy a private patio with a fire pit and grill, a fully stocked kitchen, and complimentary coffee and tea. The downstairs walk-in shower has a rainfall head. Sleeps 10 comfortably; stairs at entry and inside.

Welcome to our Space! This apartment was designed specifically for travelers. Everything in the home is brand new and immaculately clean. It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
