This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Welcome to our renovated, historic barn house! Built the same year that nearby CSU opened in 1879, the original barn has been completely remodeled with a bar, huge living area with ping pong table, oversized sectional sofa, tables, and three HD 65-inch flatscreen tvs, an HD flatscreen tv in the bar, plus a full bath, including a claw-foot tub. The open loft provides a queen-sized bed and three twin beds for over-flow company.
