Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

We are walking distance to campus shops, downtown FC, bike paths, parks and open space. You’ll love the open layout, abundance of natural light and feeling of comfy seclusion in a quiet neighborhood. Two friendly dogs and a few silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.
