Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and ready supply of wood, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated, shower room is close by along a short path adjacent to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs.

It has a shower room with WC, a log burner, fitted bed, kitchen unit with mini fridge and inside dining table. Outside there is 16x9' external decking with a gas BBQ, chiminea, seating and far-reaching views. The hut is on our own 3.5 acre smallholding with tranquility and lots of wildlife to enjoy We do not allow dogs inside the hut but we can provide a kennel

The location is great for walking, fishing, cycling or those wishing to paint. For star gazers we have plenty of dark nights. Explore quiet country lanes and those looking for more adventure walk the Cat's Back near Hay or Pen y Fan in South Wales. The Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and Malvern Hills/Show ground are a forty minute drive away.

Fully centrally heated, with King size bed, extensive outside area, kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and fridge. The panoramic views are outstanding from all aspects of the hut. In addition, the adjacent stable, also centrally heated, consists of a utility area, with space to dry wet kit, wet pets and safe place for bikes, canoes etc.
