Petrammare is an exclusive residence sheer over the sea in Tricase Porto, set on two levels. The ground floor offers a spacious living area with a large sofa, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a third bathroom with a shower and washing machine. L’abitazione di nuova ristrutturazione sviluppata su 2 piani di si trova in un piccolo borgo nella provincia di Lecce, a pochi passi si trova la piazza con il centro storico, il castello baronale del XII secolo e il frantoio ipogeo. Nel centro storico si possono degustare i tipici piatti della cucina salentina grazie a diverse ristorazioni rinomate. A circa 300m si trova un supermercato ben fornito, tutto ciò a circa 10 minuti di macchina dalla località marittima di Torre San Giovanni.

Casa nel borgo

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
