Enjoying a peaceful setting in the Kent countryside, Copse Corner cottage provides an ideal location for a relaxing holiday and a chance to unwind. The cottage is very well equipped and is furnished to a high standard with access to private patio area overlooking a woodland habitat which enjoys a wide variety of wildlife. Nestled in the Kent countryside you will find this traditional oak framed self-catering hideaway with luxury finishes and beautiful surroundings. With stunning view and the historic village of Chilham just a short walk away, Copse Corner is an ideal location to explore the Garden of England. Set within the 4 acres of the Owners property and adjoining a private woodland and meadow, this is a perfect romantic retreat for a holiday or stolen weekend away and also a wildlife watcher's paradise! Copse Corner features a cosy open plan living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has a country feel with Smeg induction hob and compact oven/microwave, a small fridge freezer, Nespresso machine with selection of capsules. A further separate utility room is available with a washing machine and laundry facilities. The living area features a wood-burning stove, especially useful on those chilly autumn nights, and a free supply of logs. The comfy seating area is an ideal place to relax and unwind, with a small selection of books and games available. Duck down through the quirky low doors to access the patio which is set in a quiet corner adjacent to the woodland and meadow. The bistro table and chairs offer the perfect spot to enjoy the birdsong and fresh country air, you may even catch a glimpse of the pheasants as well as other wildlife. Maybe take the opportunity to dine al fresco or enjoy breakfast (with the Owners' hens providing the eggs, when available). A dedicated parking space is available near to the Owners property. The Owners live close-by and are on hand should you need them, but otherwise will not disturb your stay. A warm welcome awaits our visitors who we are sure will have a truly memorable holiday. If we are not on-site please do not hesitate to call or text on our mobiles The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is a short walk from the historic village of Chilham with its Tudor period homes, tea room, 2 pubs and gift shop. Canterbury is a short car or train journey away. Within easy reach of London (37 minutes by high speed train from St Pancras to Ashford followed by a connection to Chilham Railway station). A peaceful setting to sit back and enjoy, or for those seeking something more energetic, try the walks and cycle routes nearby. A car is not essential for your stay as we are approximately 1 mile from the mainline railway at Chilham. Although trains can be few and far between so please check timetables before deciding on this option.

Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. A newly refurbished, light, clean, fully functional living space with off road parking and outside area. Situated 2 minutes easy drive from M20 Junction 13, 5 minutes from Eurotunnel and 15 minutes from Port of Dover. This AirBnb is perfect for overnight stays or longer if you wish to take in the sights of Folkestone and Kent. There is a train station only 5 mins walk so if you fancy a day in London you can be there within the hour. The historical city of Canterbury is only a 25 minute drive.

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. The Beach is a two minute walk & the Romney,Hythe & Dymchurch Railway runs past the bottom of this quirky & contemporary dwelling. Shingle Shack is a deceptively spacious detached property with large lounge,shower room,comfy bedroom, private access & parking for one car. It is perfectly situated to explore the wonderful beach's,nature reserves & quaint villages that the Romney Marsh has to offer.

Sycamore Lodge is a newly renovated detached guesthouse in the garden of Sycamore house. It is all on one level has two bedrooms, sleeps four people and has a bathroom, Livingroom and use of the full kitchen in Sycamore House. Guests will have access to a beautiful large garden where you can sit, relax and enjoy the countryside or there is play equipment to keep the children entertained. It is in a perfect location to explore the beautiful Kent countryside and beaches.

The Whitstable Oyster is a private, self-contained studio in a converted side building of our family home. Situated on a quiet road, it’s a 10-minute walk to Whitstable’s high street and around 20 minutes to the beach, with a Co-op close by. Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed, TV, compact kitchen with hob and combi-oven, dining table, sofa, and a separate shower room with toilet. Free street parking is available. A practical and comfortable base to enjoy Whitstable from.

A private independent generously sized detached annexe building within a countryside setting yet 5 mins drive to Canterbury city centre and the Uni. Accessed via secure metal gates on a long private gravel driveway situated along the route of the original 'Crab and Winkle' railway. The 1st regular steam passenger railway in the world. The property is not visible from the road. The nearest pub is The Hare at Blean situated in Blean and literally a five min drive away.

Stylish one-bedroom studio in Appledore, Kent

The studio which has recently been refurbished, is set in the garden adjacent to the main house. It has it’s own entrance exclusively for guests, which you enter via French doors off the patio. This space can also be enjoyed for a morning coffee or a glass of wine on a sunny afternoon or evening. We are set in the picturesque village of Appledore which has a local shop, beautiful church and a lovely country pub all within a two minute walk from the studio.

Annex on the edge of the famous Dungeness Estate

The accommodation is a modern 2 bedroom detached annex ,with a bright spacious open plan fully fitted kitchen and living area. The living area has a leather sofa and TV , DVD player with underfloor heating. Bedroom one has a double bed with a luxury feel . Bedroom two has a king size Zip bed that can be separated to make 2 singles. The property is 1 minute walk from Dungeness reserve with all its intriguing scenery and unique architecture.

Bruins Oast Lodge is a old converted workshop nestled next to a beautiful Kentish Oast house in the small village of Kenardington.,it backs on to its own private woodlands, with a firepit. BBQ and 4 person hot tub. Great for just relaxing, catching up with friends and family or walks, bike rides and outings to nearby Kentish attractions. Gusbourne vineyard a mile up the road, as is the Rare breeds centre which is ideal for families.
